By using Taomaqr, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

1. Service scope

Taomaqr creates customizable static QR codes from URLs and supports the displayed download formats. The QR code itself remains valid permanently and can be scanned worldwide, but its content can only open while the destination URL remains available. The service is currently free and does not require an account. It may be changed, paused, or updated for maintenance, security, or improvement.

2. User responsibilities

You are responsible for checking the URL, content, access permissions, scan reliability, and your right to use any logo, image, or trademark before sharing or printing a QR code.

You must not use Taomaqr to:

• commit fraud, impersonate others, distribute malware, or collect data unlawfully;
• violate privacy, intellectual-property, or other lawful rights;
• link to illegal, harmful, or prohibited content; or
• attack, scan, overload, or interfere with the website.

3. Intellectual property

Taomaqr's original interface, code, guidance, and identity are protected by applicable law. QR files created by users may be used for lawful purposes; rights in the encoded URL, logo, and related content remain with their respective owners.

Names or marks belonging to Facebook, Zalo, Google Forms, Google Drive, and others remain the property of their owners. Displaying a logo option does not imply endorsement or certification.

4. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including Google Analytics, hosting providers, and external websites. Their own policies and terms apply. Taomaqr does not control the content or availability of destinations encoded by users.

5. Privacy

Data and cookie processing are described in the Privacy Policy. Users can control or delete cookies through their browser settings.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided as available. Taomaqr works to keep it accurate and accessible but does not guarantee compatibility with every device, material, printing condition, or destination. To the extent permitted by law, Taomaqr is not responsible for indirect loss caused by an incorrect URL, changed destination, unauthorized use, or failure to test a code before publication.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights under Vietnamese law.

7. Changes to these terms

The terms may be updated when the service or applicable law changes. The latest version will be posted here with its update date. Continued use after an update takes effect indicates acceptance, except where another form of agreement is required by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication; if unresolved, either party may refer the matter to a competent authority.
